As someone who has struggled with journaling as a habit and generally doesnât know what to write about, journaling prompts are a huge help. They present a guide to follow that makes it easier to get into the habit of journaling.

On the first of every month, I will post journaling prompts for myself and everyone who likes to join me in making journaling a consistent practice.

There are certain terms everyone defines differently. Knowing your own definitions helps you get more of an understanding of your belief system.

- Write a letter to a person you wanted to apologize to but never did. (You donât have to send it to them or ever show it to someone, just writing helps you process it.)

7. CHANGE IN ORDER TO GROW:

On my Instagram Iâm often asked how to change and how to evolve into the “best version of yourself” so hereâs a flow chart (i think itâs called a flow chart) on how the process of change happens. Oftentimes there is a trigger, something that motivates you or leaves you with a desire to change. Whenever this happens I try to calm my emotions and reflect on them. After a process of self-discovery and reflection, I normally have a better understanding of what I want to change and the motivation behind it. Now Iâm ready to make a plan on how to change based on which I will take action.

Since journaling plays a big part in this through self-reflection and also planning, sort of, I encourage you to change one thing, no matter how little, in your life through this process.
