If you are into wellness and consuming wellness content you’ll probably come across people making or drinking self-made juice, mostly green juice. You’ll see wellness shots as well which are made almost the same way.

Many people make their wellness drinks with a juicer but since a lot of people don’t have one here’s an alternative.

THE PROCESS

You’ll need: your ingredients, a blender, a bowl, and a nut milk bag or, what I use, a sieve/strainer.

First, wash and cut all your ingredients and peel them if necessary.

Now put everything into the blender and add a bit of water, coconut water or orange/apple juice works as well, and blend until it’s smooth.

Grab your milk cloth or strainer and put it over the bowl and then let it run through the bag or strainer. If you use a bag you can lightly squeeze the bag and if you use a strainer take a spoon and press the liquid through the sieve into the bowl.

And just like that you’re done. You can put the juice into a bottle or into little containers and put it in the refrigerator.

If you’re prepping your juice or shots in advance make sure to not leave it for too long it might go bad.
